Kidnapped six women and Killed two of them in a span
from Nov.26, 1986 to March 19, 1987.
He raped and tortured all his victims.
Was a real sex degenerate. 
Victims aged from 17 to 25 years old. 
He kept them chained in his row house basement caverens
and fed them chopped up body parts mixed with feces.
House of Horrors, the cellar of death was where he
performed his action.
Incarcerated at State Correctional Institution in Pittsburgh, Pa.

Died on July 6, 1999 at age 55 by Lethal Injection.
