An American serial killer
Nicknamed, ‘The Vampire of Scacramento’, because he drank
the blood of his victims and cannibalized their remains.
Six killings – victims, in a span from 1977 to 1978.
He believed his body would turn to powder
if he didn’t drink human blood!
Sent to San Quentin Penitentiary.
His penalty was death and he died at age 30 on Dec. 26, 1980.
